Well, my observation was not about gun racks in the whole game in general - as other maps you have plenty of gun racks. I just find it curious that CH has so few, compared to how many shelters it has, and that they picked two of the least likely shelters anyone would pick as a base. AC has only 3 shelters, and all 3 have gun racks.
